How Your Journey Works

You choose to make it work. That’s the only way it does.
I’ve designed every session with care — the tasks, the durations, what I ask of you, the order I ask it in. Everything is there for a reason. Nothing is accidental. Nothing is filler. Whether this is your first session or your tenth, that remains true.
What I need from you is simple. Do what I ask. All of it. Honestly. Without shortcuts.
Nobody is watching over your shoulder — I know that. But you will know. And so will I, from what you send me. From how you describe things. From the details that are only there if you actually did it. Don’t underestimate what I notice.
Your choice. Always your choice. But make it a real one.

Your Rules

Read everything. Every word, in the order it’s written. I don’t write things for decoration.
If I ask you to do something — do it. Not approximately. Not mostly. All of it.
If I ask you to submit something — submit it. A photograph, a time, a thought, a confession. Whatever I’ve asked for. That submission is part of the session. Without it, you haven’t completed it.
If I ask you to email me — email me. The address is there. Use it.
If I ask you to wait — wait. The discomfort of waiting is not a mistake. It’s the point.
If I ask you to say something out loud — say it. Out loud. Not in your head.

Before You Begin

Before you start anything, look at yourself first.
How are you feeling right now? How much time do you have? Do you have privacy? How adventurous are you feeling? How strong?
Answer those questions honestly. Then decide whether now is the right moment for this particular session. It’s fine if it isn’t. Come back when it is. I’ll be here.
Every session I’ve created stands completely alone. You don’t need to have done anything else first. You don’t need to prove anything before you begin. You just need to be ready — honestly ready — when you do.

In Short

— If I ask you to send something — send it. That moment of submission matters.
— Be honest. With me, and with yourself. I will know the difference.
